Trouble Logging In to EITHER O365 OR Google Classroom?
O365 is new for many of our students. Even if it isn't, logging in can still be tricky. If you find yourself having difficulty logging into O365 from home, please look at the following steps/options:
*** PLEASE NOTE*** Now that students are completing coursework online, we are using Google Classroom (in most courses) to do this. Your password for google is the same as your O365 account. So if you cannot remember your password to google, get locked out or just need to reset, you will still use rapid identity. See the link at the top of the page for Google Classroom help.

First Things First: Reset!If you cannot remember your password, you no longer have to email Mrs. Meaux! You now have the power to reset yourself! Click below to get to the Rapid Identity page:

Getting errors?Two things first:
1. If your student ID number is only 5 digits long, did you add a zero in front? Make sure you do that! 2. Are you getting an error that tells you your password isn't reset? That is typically because you are not putting in a password that is acceptable. I tell my students all of the time, Rapid Identity is finicky! Try again. Use something else. Make sure you are meeting the picky password requirements! |
When all else fails?
